The overhead conveyorised painting line will have a water wash booth because of high consumption of paint and also may be usage of reciprocator with auto guns.
The modular constructed will have a water tank and a water-wall made out of SS, by which we will have a smooth and a thin flow of water from top to bottom.
The suction will be effective in the water-wall side and the operator needs to face always water-wall during coating. If the component calls for all sides coating and indexing is not possible, then the booths are positioned on a back to back basis, wherein each operator are having a separate booth to coat.
The booth can be made pressurized (dust proof coating system), by pushing an external air from Air Supply Unit (ASU).
