The multi–cyclone is a typical cyclone but smaller in size. Depending on the suction capacity blower, number of cones shall be derived. It is a newer technology compared to mono cyclone. As explained earlier, the cyclonic effect, inside the cyclone, heavier particles will fall down and the finer particles will enter the after filter system/go out into the atmosphere. Here the recovery efficiency is 95 to 97% max. So you will be saving 8 to 10% of powder every day, every minute compared to Mono cyclone. But the system resistance is more compared to mono cyclone and the power consumption is slightly higher. In this, cleaning becomes easy because of the easy accessibility.
