The mono cyclone is very bulky in size. It is a older technology compared to the multi-cyclone. However, it is a cheaper option for investment. As a cyclonic effect, inside the cyclone, heavier particles will fall down and the finer particles will enter the after filter system/go out into the atmosphere. Here the recovery efficiency is 85 to 90% Max. So you will be losing the powder every day, every minute. But the system resistance is less compared to multi-cyclone and the power consumption is less.
